Is there a minimum number of hours required?

Yes, we have a 1-hour minimum for ad-hoc tasks. For ongoing support, we recommend choosing one of our monthly packages for the most value.

How do I get started?

Getting started is easy. Simply contact us and we’ll schedule a free consultation to discuss your needs, goals, and how we can best support your business.

What is your payment process?

We accept payments via PayPal, Interac e-transfers. All service packages are prepaid at the start of the month, and additional hours worked beyond the package are billed at the end of the month.

Can I cancel my services or package?

Yes, you can cancel your services at any time with a 14-day notice. If you need to pause your services, let us know, and we can work out a plan.

What if I don’t use all my package hours?

Unused hours from your package do not roll over to the following month. We encourage clients to plan their tasks ahead to make the most of the hours purchased.

How do you ensure confidentiality and data security?

We take confidentiality very seriously. All client data is stored securely, and we sign confidentiality agreements upon request. We also use secure software and encryption tools to ensure your sensitive information is protected.
